AI can make mistakes. Together, we define what it can handle, what needs your approval and what should come back to you. Replies are tested before launch. The action log and stop button keep you in control.
Before connecting your tools, I explain which data is needed, who processes it and where it is hosted. Access, retention, any use by an AI provider and data return are covered in the proposal and contract.
That’s enough to start the conversation. I work from your current tools. If another tool is needed, I explain why and we choose it together.
For a first AI agent, around three hours: the initial call, a session to define the rules and your feedback during testing. For custom software, your involvement is set out in the proposal.
